Memory Café is a place where family caregivers and their loved one with memory loss can get together in a safe and engaging environment. Come socialize, enjoy activities, share stories, learn from monthly topics, and build resources for changing needs.

Fit and Fall Proof™ is designed to help senior citizens prevent injuries and the subsequent loss of independence.
Class participants learn simple exercises to increase strength, balance, and endurance, which can help prevent the accidental falls and tripping sometimes associated with age.
Knitting Workshop
Learn the basics of knitting – knit stitch and purl stitch. Bring size 8 knitting needles and cotton yarn of your choice. Take home a great dish cloth (or at least the start of one). Some supplies are available in class.
This class is open to ages 12 and up.
Beginners thru advanced welcome.
