WHY IT’S IMPORTANT
- Census data determines how many seats each state receives in the U.S. House of Representatives.
- Census data also directs over $675 billion ANNUALLY in federal funding. By completing your questionnaire, you are helping your community receive its fair share of funding for health care, education, roads, fire departments, and more.
- By filling out your Census survey now, you are protecting your community! For those who don’t fill it out, the Census Bureau will be sending workers door to door to get your response, which we know increases risk of spreading the coronavirus.
